Users must be at least 20 years old to complete property transactions independently in Thailand; minors should use these services under parental or legal guardian supervision and with appropriate authorization.

Services and site content must be used lawfully. You may not use notaryti.club for fraudulent activities, to submit false documents, or to interfere with another party's legal rights while purchasing property.

Access to services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. notaryti provides content focused on Thai property law and related processes; this content may not be appropriate for use outside Thailand without local legal advice.

Account and registration

Certain features of notaryti.club require account registration. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for activity under their account credentials.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update this information as needed to keep it accurate.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share passwords or allow others to use your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by notaryti.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at +66933892134 and follow the prescribed verification steps. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account and assist with account recovery.

notaryti may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required to comply with legal obligations. We will notify affected users where feasible and provide an explanation for suspension or termination.

Scope of services

notaryti provides informational content, document review checklists, and access to consultations with legal professionals experienced in Thai property transactions. Where direct legal services are offered, those are provided by registered professionals or referred partners subject to separate engagement terms.

notaryti may modify, discontinue, or add features and services at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on notaryti.club. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated services.

We aim to keep notaryti.club available, but the site or certain services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or other disruptions. We do not assume liability for interruptions beyond our control.

User conduct rules

When using notaryti.club and related services, you agree to the following conduct standards designed to protect other users and the integrity of services.

You retain ownership of content you submit to notaryti, subject to any rights you grant to us or third-party advisors under separate engagement terms.

By submitting content to notaryti, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and share that content with contracted legal professionals as necessary to provide requested services.

You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. notaryti may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Requests to remove user content can be made by contacting us. We will evaluate removal requests in line with legal obligations and our retention policies, and we may retain copies for compliance or dispute resolution.

Intellectual property

All materials on notaryti.club, including text, graphics, templates, and logos, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by notaryti unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce or distribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Paid services

Payments are accepted via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is required prior to commencement of paid services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription services, if offered, will be set out in a subscription agreement with billing frequency and termination rights. Users may cancel subscriptions as specified in the subscription terms.

Refunds for paid services are handled according to the specific service terms. Where a service has been delivered in part, refunds may be prorated consistent with the work performed and any third-party costs incurred.

notaryti may adjust prices for future services. Prices for confirmed and paid engagements will not be increased retroactively without notice and agreement.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access, termination of services, or referral to collection processes where permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a paid engagement in accordance with the applicable service terms. notaryti may suspend or terminate access to free or paid services for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, outstanding fees and obligations remain due. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Privacy and data protection

notaryti handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on notaryti.club. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects.

Communications

By providing contact details, you consent to receiving communications related to the services you request. Communications may include email, phone calls, or messages necessary to manage service delivery and customer support.

Governing law
